Using 2e critical hits in 3e : Yes or No ?

I started a similar discussion on some alternate message boards and thought that it would be good to bring the discussion to these boards as well. Both DM's and players can partake in this discussion.

Do you feel as if the 2e critical hits should be re-vamped for v.3.5 ? Yes or No ?
